Terms & Conditions

Brew&You Coffee Inc.
Effective Date: 14/03/2026

By paying the required deposit, the Client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

​

1. Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date.

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Event Details

Clients must provide accurate event details including event location, service time, and estimated guest count.

Any significant changes must be communicated at least 48–72 hours before the event. Additional charges may apply if guest numbers or service hours increase beyond the original agreement.

3. Travel

Travel fees may apply for events located outside our standard service area.

Any applicable travel fees will be outlined in the event quote.

4. Venue Coordination & Setup

Brew&You Coffee Inc. requires access to the venue (“Venue”) at least 1 hour before the event start time for setup and 1 hour after the event ends for cleanup and load-out.

The Client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required by the venue and covering any associated venue fees.

Outdoor service can only be accommodated when there is no chance of rain and the temperature remains between 4°C and 32°C, as adverse weather conditions may damage espresso equipment.

5. Electricity & Power Requirements

The Client must provide a dedicated 120V / 15-amp circuit per espresso machine for proper operation.

Brew&You Coffee Inc. will supply extension cords and power strips as needed.

If the power supplied is inadequate or improperly configured, Brew&You Coffee Inc. will not be liable for any damages or refunds, and espresso services may not be safely provided.

6. Cancellations

The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to the full booking charge.

7. Equipment

All equipment provided by Brew&You Coffee Inc. remains the property of the business. Clients may be responsible for any damage caused by guests, venue staff, or event conditions.

8. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and professional service, Brew&You Coffee Inc. is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

​

9. Insurance

Brew&You Coffee Inc. will maintain general liability insurance that specifically covers the services provided at the event.

​

10. Acceptance

By submitting the deposit, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions in this Agreement. The Company’s acceptance of the deposit confirms the booking.
